AI-Ready Websites · Perth

Your website is now read by more machines than people.

AI search engines answer questions by reading websites and citing the ones that answer well. A chatbot is only as good as the knowledge behind it, and the safest knowledge base is the one you already cleared for the whole world to read. We build and rebuild websites to do both jobs: get your business cited by AI, and ground a chat assistant that cannot leak what you never published.

The problem

Every chatbot has a knowledge problem. Most solutions create a leak problem.

A chat assistant has to get its answers from somewhere. Feed it internal documents and you have to be certain, not hopeful, that nothing commercially sensitive and no client information is in the pile. Feed it an exported knowledge base and it rots: eighteen months later the bot still offers the service you discontinued, because its knowledge lives somewhere nobody looks at.

Meanwhile the same problem arrived from the other direction. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google's AI results who does what you do, those systems read your website. If it was written as a brochure, full of slogans and empty of answers, the machines cite someone else.

What we build

One website, three audiences

The human visitor, the AI search engines, and your own chat assistant all read the same pages. We make those pages worth reading to all three.

AI-ready website build or rebuild

Scoped after audit

A site structured so machines can read it as cleanly as people do: plain answers, clear headings, structured data, and content complete enough to stand behind a chatbot. Built new, or your existing site restructured and rewritten.

Site-grounded chat assistant

Scoped after audit

A chat assistant that answers only from your published website, cites the page every answer came from, and says honestly when the site does not cover something. Nothing goes into it that was not already public, so it cannot leak what you never published.

AI search optimisation

Scoped after audit

ChatGPT, Google's AI results and Perplexity answer questions by reading websites and citing the ones that answer well. We shape your pages so an AI can lift your answer and name you as the source.

Content pipeline

Scoped after audit

A publishing workflow where every new page and post automatically becomes chatbot knowledge and AI search material the moment it goes live. Publish once, and every machine reading your business updates itself.

The proof is in the corner of this page. Our own assistant answers only from what we have published, cites its sources with quoted lines, and declines what we have not written. Ask it something. Then start with a conversation →

How we work

Firewalled by design, honest by default

Publishing is the firewall

The bot knows only what you published, and everything you published was already cleared for the world. It cannot leak client information it never had.

Cited, not asserted

Every answer links to the page it came from, with quotes checked against the real page text. Visitors can verify anything the assistant says.

Updates itself

Publish a page and the assistant and the AI search surface learn it together. One pipeline, no forgotten knowledge base rotting in a folder.

We are not a web design studio. Where you already have a web designer, we work alongside them: they own the brand and the brochure, we own the AI layer. The job is AI infrastructure that happens to take the form of website work.

Questions

Common questions

What is an AI-ready website?

A website written and structured for the three audiences that now read it: the human visitor, the AI search engines deciding whether to cite you, and your own chat assistant using it as a knowledge base. In practice that means plain answers instead of slogans, clear structure and schema markup, and content complete enough that a bot grounded in it is genuinely useful.

How is a chatbot grounded in my website safer than one trained on my documents?

Everything on your public website has already passed the only review that matters: you decided the whole world could read it. A bot that answers only from the site cannot leak client information or commercially sensitive detail, because none of it was ever in reach. The knowledge boundary and the privacy boundary are the same line.

Do you replace my web designer?

No. If you need a brochure site, a web designer is the right call, and where a client already has one we work alongside them. Our work is the AI layer: the structure, the content architecture, the chat assistant and the AI search readiness. It often takes the form of website work, but the job is AI infrastructure.

Does my existing site have to be rebuilt from scratch?

Usually not. We audit what you have first. Often the fix is restructuring and rewriting key pages, adding the missing ones the chatbot and AI search need, and putting the pipeline in place, rather than starting over.

How much does an AI-ready website cost?

It depends on the state of your current site and how much content needs to exist. The scope comes out of an initial conversation and audit, which also tells you honestly whether you need this at all.

How do I know it works?

The assistant on this site is the demonstration. It answers only from our published pages, links to its sources with quoted lines checked against the real page text, and declines what we have not published. Ask it something and watch where the answers come from.
