Cut the documentation load without risking client confidentiality.

Legal, medical and accounting practices run on documents and on trust. We build AI that drafts from records your team has already reviewed, with identifying details masked on the device so names never reach the model. Your people stay the author and stay accountable. The confidentiality stays intact.

The problem

The paperwork is endless, and the data is sensitive

Reports, file notes, letters, summaries. The writing never stops, and it eats the hours you would rather spend with clients. The obvious tools could help, but pasting client information into a public AI is a confidentiality problem you cannot take on.

So most practices are stuck between the efficiency they want and the risk they cannot accept. The answer is not to avoid AI. It is to build it so the sensitive data never leaves your control.

Free tool for health practices

Registered with AHPRA? Check your website first.

Under the National Law your practice website is advertising, and since July 2024 the maximum penalty for an advertising breach is $60,000 per offence for an individual. The most common breaches are quiet ones: embedded Google reviews that mention treatment outcomes, a "free initial consultation" with no terms, the word "specialist" without specialist registration.

Our free checker reads up to five pages of your site and emails you a report flagging content worth reviewing against the AHPRA advertising guidelines, with the exact wording quoted and the relevant section cited. It is general information, not legal advice, and it is a working example of the kind of AI system we build.

What we build

Take the load off, keep the confidentiality

Start with the analysis, then build only what earns its place. Each one is designed to keep client data inside your control.

AI Opportunity Audit

$1,000 to $2,000

A structured look at where AI would save your practice time and where it plainly would not. A written report with prioritised recommendations and a clear next step, before you commit to anything.

Confidential document drafting

Custom build, from $3,500

Draft reports, file notes, letters and summaries from your own records. Identifying details are masked on the device, a person reviews and signs off, and the official record stays in your own system.

Client intake and enquiry handling

From $1,490 setup · $249/mo care plan

An AI responder that handles routine intake and enquiries, captures what matters, and escalates anything that needs a practitioner. Faster replies without the back and forth.

AI reporting calls

From $2,990 setup · $599/mo care plan

For the managers who are brilliant at the work and allergic to reporting. A scheduled AI call interviews them with targeted questions, then emails them a summary shaped as the required executive briefing. They review, approve and submit it themselves, so the report stays theirs.

Purpose-built practice tools

Custom build, $3,500 to $20,000

Systems built for how your practice actually works, like the clinical and coaching tools we already run in production for regulated professionals.

Your website is advertising under your regulator's rules. The free two-minute AHPRA website check (health practitioners) or TPB website check (tax and BAS agents) tells you where you stand, and de-identify strips client names from text before it reaches any AI. All free tools →

How we protect your data

Private to the level you need

Confidentiality is not a setting we switch on. It is built into the architecture, and you choose how tight it needs to be for the work, from masking on the device through to sealed, hardware-secured compute. So you can use AI on real client work without handing your sensitive information to an outside model.

01

Masked by default

Identifying details are masked on the device, so the AI sees the clinical or legal substance, never the person it belongs to.

02

Encrypted, your key

Client records are encrypted in the browser under a key only you derive. We store ciphertext, not the records themselves.

03

Sealed compute

For the highest bar, the AI runs inside a hardware-secured enclave with cryptographic attestation, the confidential-compute platform behind our clinical product ConfideAI.

Whichever level you choose, your practitioner stays the author and signs off, and there is no lock-in. We already run confidential AI in production for clinicians, counsellors and coaches. See the systems on our portfolio →

Two ways to build

Start with a brain, grow into an engine

You do not need a full custom system to get value. Most practices start small, and the first step sets up the second.

Start with a brain

$500–$990/mo

We set up a local, markdown-based brain around your matters, records and precedents, and coach you to run your own AI on it. Cost-effective, you own it, and your client data stays in your control. Many practices find this is all they need. It is delivered as an AI Working Sessions engagement: a standing monthly session working on your real files, month to month with no lock-in.

Grow into an engine

From $20,000

When you want the work automated into a production system, like the clinical and coaching tools we already run, we build the full engine on top. The brain you built first becomes its foundation.

Step one is never throwaway. The brain you build by hand is the exact structure the engine is built on, so you only ever pay to go forward, never to start again.

Questions

Common questions

How much does AI cost for a small professional practice in Perth?

An AI Opportunity Audit is $1,000 to $2,000. Client intake and enquiry handling runs from $1,490 setup plus $249 a month. AI reporting calls are $2,990 setup plus $599 a month. The monthly fee is the care plan: monitoring, maintenance, and keeping the system current. Custom builds such as confidential document drafting start at $3,500 and scale with complexity. All prices are in Australian dollars.

Can an AI really collect a progress report by phone?

Yes, and often better than a person can. A scheduled call asks targeted questions built from the reporting the business actually needs: progress against KPIs, exceptions, resourcing, risk. There is no small talk and no office politics on the call, so people answer plainly. Afterwards the manager receives a summary shaped as the required briefing, and they approve and submit it themselves. Nothing goes up the chain unsigned, so it is a reporting tool, not a surveillance tool.

Is our client data safe?

Yes, by design, and to the level you need. The baseline is on-device masking, so names never reach the AI model. Above that, client records are encrypted in the browser under a key only you derive, so we store ciphertext, not the records. For the tightest requirements, the AI can run inside a hardware-secured enclave, the confidential-compute platform behind our clinical product ConfideAI. We also build inside your existing systems, so we do not add a new place for the data to live. Most AI privacy is a policy. Ours is the architecture.

Will AI replace our professional judgement?

No. We set AI up to draft from records a practitioner has already reviewed, and a person signs off. The AI takes the documentation load, your people keep the judgement and stay accountable for the work.

Which practices do you work with?

Legal, medical, accounting and allied health practices across Perth and Western Australia. The common thread is document-heavy work where confidentiality is not optional.

Do you have experience with confidential, regulated work?

Yes. We already run confidential AI systems in production for clinicians, counsellors and coaches, built to keep identifying data away from the model and to conform to the relevant professional codes. You can see them on our portfolio.

Built for practices that cannot cut corners on privacy

Tell us where the documentation is piling up. We will show you what is worth automating and how to do it without your client data leaving your control. No pitch, no pressure.
